Outreach Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage cold email outreach campaigns using platforms such as SmartLead, Reply.io, Outreach, and Salesloft
- Develop, optimize, and A/B test email copy, subject lines, call scripts, and follow-up cadences to maximize engagement and response rates
- Write creative, engaging, and personalized email content that resonates with target audiences
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM) while maintaining high deliverability rates
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, spam filters, and automation workflows
Process Automation & Tool Implementation
- Build and maintain automated outreach workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Implement and optimize sales engagement tools, including Clay, HeyReach, Apollo, LinkedIn automation tools, and CRM systems
- Configure and manage Clay workflows for data enrichment and lead generation
- Set up and optimize HeyReach campaigns for personalized outreach at scale
- Integrate various outreach tools into cohesive workflows that maximize efficiency
- Leverage automation platforms (Zapier, Make) to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency
- Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions for lead enrichment, personalization, and scheduling
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outreach processes
- Set up automations to effectively AB test outreach strategies, create smart reports and dashboard that cover the critical KPIs and metrics to measure a search's performance
Data Management & CRM Administration
- Work closely with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and proper lead tracking
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and ensure daily updates of target data
- Develop and implement data enrichment strategies to improve targeting accuracy
- Create and maintain segmentation strategies for targeted outreach campaigns
- Ensure seamless integration between outreach platforms and CRM systems
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Develop and track KPIs (open rates, response rates, conversion rates, call connect rates, meeting booked rates)
- Generate reports and insights to improve outreach strategies and team productivity
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Benchmark against industry standards and continuously refine strategies accordingly
- Present performance metrics and recommendations to leadership team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, research, and operations teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and campaign planning
- Provide training and documentation on best practices for outreach and automation tools
- Coordinate with research teams to ensure high-quality target data for campaigns
- Support deal teams with specialized outreach for high-priority opportunities
